Sports Performance Training
In-Person Training
We will meet in person for training sessions and lifting sessions/plyometrics to amplify your performance on the field. I will provide full workout plans and provide real-time adjustments to your form making you more of an efficient runner.
Online training
I will be working with you online to provide workouts, we will leverage a platform for you to log your times so we can assess performance. In addition to the track workouts you will also be provided with gym workouts paired with plyometrics.
Video Form analysis
With the latest advancements in technology you can now simply send me a video and I can analyze your form providing markups on the video to highlight areas of correction.
About me & Pack Run Methods
My name is Troy Woolfolk, I am from Texas where I was an elite sprinter across three events (100m, 200m and 400m). I went to Michigan as a dual sport athlete running track and playing football (Corner & Safety). Post athletic career I dedicated my time to studying the mechanics in movement, learning what technical aspects that allows the body to be more efficient during sports related movements. In my years of studying, I have simplified my learnings in teachable methodologies that expand across running, lifting weights, plyometrics, mobility and stretches to ultimately increase performance of any type of athlete.
